Do I have to order online?
Yes, orders need to be placed online.
How much cooking am I going to be required to do?
My team of chefs have prepared everything for you before it arrives, all you need to do is finish off the dishes by cooking or reheating. Don’t worry you will get detailed information of how to do this.
How many does the box serve?
The box serves four.
Is there a gluten-free option?
I'm afraid we can't cater to specific dietary requirements.
Can I add extra of anything?
I'm afraid not, we're unable to add extras or make changes to our menu.
Is delivery included?
The box costs £195, including delivery to UK mainland only.
I would like to send a box as a gift to a friend. How do I do this?
When you order you can enter different delivery details from the payment details. Simply fill in your friend’s address in the delivery details.
How long can the food be kept for?
Everything in your box is fresh so it will need to be consumed by 26th December (except the fudge). Make sure when you receive your box the items are stored in the fridge until you're ready to start preparing your meal.
Where do I store the food when I receive it?
Once you get your box, the contents must be stored in their containers in the fridge until you are ready to start preparing the meal.
Do I need to take the food out of the box it was delivered in?
The internal boxes that hold all the individual dishes need to be stored in the fridge until you're ready to start prepping.
What is the best before date?
Everything in your box is fresh so it will need to be consumed by 26th December 2022. Make sure when you receive your box the items are stored in the fridge until you're ready to start preparing your meal.
Can I change my delivery address?
We will work with you to change your delivery address if possible, but this would need to be completed before the 18th December. Please email us at updates@tomkerridge.com
Can I specify a day for delivery?
No, there are no other delivery dates available. Your box will be delivered to you on Friday 23rd December 2022.
Do you offer collection of the boxes?
No, we are only able to offer a delivery service.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Please make sure you're at home when the delivery is made.
What if I'm not in when my box is delivered?
If no contact can be made when your box is delivered, the goods will be left safe or with a neighbour and a picture of the delivery taken as proof of delivery. If no suitable alternatives are available; one redelivery attempt will be made on 23rd December 2022.

Your box will be delivered on Friday 23rd December 2022.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order you need to do this by Monday 12th December at the latest. Please just email us on updates@tomkerridge.com. We will not be able to offer refunds to cancellations after this date.
My parcel contains an incorrect item or is missing an item, what do I do?
Please contact us on updates@tomkerridge.com so that we can arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you as soon as possible.
My delivery is damaged what should I do?
Please contact us on updates@tomkerridge.com so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Do I need to put an egg wash glaze on the Beef Wellington before putting in the oven?
No, it is already glazed.
Does anything need seasoning or is it already seasoned?
All you need to do is add a little bit of salt depending on your own personal taste.
Is the packaging recyclable?
The cardboard box packaging is recyclable, the wool liners and ice pack are not recyclable.
